One of the most honorable ways to spend time and live one’s life is to contemplate the Book of God and understand its rulings, judgments and purposes. The best thing that helps in this is learning and understanding the Arabic language and gaining understanding in its sciences, The more one who studies the Book of God is able to understand it, the more able he will be able to understand its meanings and gain insight into its rulings and laws. Otherwise, he will follow paths in understanding the Qur’an that are not his own, and he will stray from what is intended and what is intended. Among the things that scholars have paid attention to, regardless of their specializations, are letters of meaning. This research aims to clarify the impact of these letters on the jurisprudential interpretation, addressing their concept in language and terminology, highlighting the jurisprudential differences arising from them among scholars based on their meanings and connotations. So the research came in an introduction, two chapters, four demands and a conclusion. In the conclusion, he concluded that the difference between the jurists has various necessities that are related to each other, and what makes the researcher amazed at the hands of this heritage, is the preservation of these flags in the light of this legitimate difference on the brotherhood of faith and the affection of hearts. The unity of the class, and the gathering of the word, exploiting rules that many people neglect today: Disagreement does not spoil a friendly issue, and the words of peers are folded and not narrated, and this is what has been lost in our time in light of the bragging about freedom of opinion, and the entitlement of its legitimacy; Which prompted a group of reckless people to undermine religious sanctities, a difference between freedom of opinion that divides and strikes the nation’s constants in its fighters, and freedom of opinion of these prominent figures, such as Abu Hanifa and Malik, Shafi’i and Ahmed, and others who were before them from the companions and followers, and those who came after them from the guided imams, and I followed in This research is an analytical method in presenting the issues of the topic and its applications.
